Negotiate a Debt Settlement
can i re-negotiate my divorce settlement between degree nisi and absolute because i was treated unfairly?
She refused to pay company debts although they were shared liability but forced me to take her company instead which turned out to be in as much trouble as mine. She has now only got very small mortgage and i have got £142000 mortgage and no job.

- Not if you already have a signed property settlement. How come she FORCED you to take her company ???? Sounds to me you didn't do your homework ol mate.
