I was trying to find the name of the place that I went to in Ontario. It was free (not just the consultation, the whole process) and was run by the government. wait, I think this was it: http://www.ccrn.ca/ They consolidated all of my debts and arranged with my creditors to accept very minimum payments. I then made one small payment to the credit counselling place and they distributed it to my creditors. It took awhile doing it that way, but it worked. maybe you can call the one in Niagara and ask if they have an affiliate in Vancouver. good luck
