what would be the best way to consolidate and eliminate this type of debt #1. 2000.00 judgement#2.1500 unsecured credit card loan#3 2000.00 bank note miscellanious delinquent bills coming to about 1800. I just recently got out of prison for a drug offense and was trying to get my life straightened out. Going to meetings Treatment etc.When I got violated and sent back to prison for 6 months. I lost my apt and got a 2000. judgement slapped against me. I also incurred numerous utility and misc. ills which I still havent caught up with yet. While in prison on my violation my ex-girlfriend incurred about 1800.00 gambling debt for me by finding my pokerstars and T.C.F. account info.in which I have a judgement also. Who should I talk to I am going to have a baby in 7 months and need some sound advice.I filed bankruptcy in 2001 before I went to prison which should be coming off soon. I would like to get my credit back in order. HELP
