How do I eliminate debt from my credit report?

4. If you have bad debt, the only way you can eliminate it, is to wait 7 years from the date the bad credit was reported. There is no other way. You credit (bad or good) stays on your report with all 3 credit agencies for 7 years. Bankruptcy's stay on your report for up to 10 years.
