1. Leave the country and change your name perhaps. Seriously the people who are offering to avoid debt payments with no downside are scam artists.
2. When you find out let the rest of us know. It just doesnt work that way.
3. You can't just wave a magic wand "eliminate" debt. It will not resolve itself over night. You'll just have to dispute what's incorrect and take steps in the future to ensure better history going forward. Any negative collection items showing on your report will remain on report for 7 yrs from the date of "last activity". Note: NOT the date it was paid nor the date the account was opened and/or delinquent. If their was a court settlement or judgment involved it could be as long as 10 years. View your credit report to make sure credit card companies are not sending your information to collection agencies that ALSO list the information as a separate item on your report. Otherwise, That item It could be 7 yrs from the date you paid the collection. 4. You will pay your debt one way or another. Even if you kill yourself, God will make sure that you pay what you owe. I would not respect myself if I knew that I'm in debt and I make no effort to pay it.
5. There is no way to accomplish what you are asking. If you decide not to pay your debt? The only way out is bankruptcy.
6. There is no way to 'eliminate' debt without making a payment, short of bankruptcy. If a person incurs debt, he/she is now legally obligated to pay it back under the terms agreed to for the loan or credit card.
7. Sounds like you want someone else's money, don't want to pay them back, and you don't want your credit hurt. If there was a way to do that, commerce would grind to a halt, because no one would want to loan money - because weasels like you would never pay.
