debt settlement?

I believe this guy is out of Texas, he has a website that he gives info on how to get out of debt, but it also lists collection agencies to watch out for. Anyone know who i'm talking about and the website? thanks

I don't know the website, however, you want to watch out for any creditors because they will threatin you with any thing they can, including jail time, wage garnishment, etc. You want to research the laws in your state and look into what kind of options you have before settling on a company. If you find one that you might be interested in, look it up on the BBB and ripoff.com. Then call the company and ask about any complaints you may have found and see how you like their answers before you sign anything. There is also TASC in the Texas area.
